Hwy 70 West Industrial Park - Lenoir County

Interstate 587 Business Park - Greene County

This Greene County site offers up to 46.5 acres of industrial land adjacent to Hwy 264 and easy access to Interstate 587. It is situated in the heart of eastern North Carolina. The park is zoned for industrial use. 

Burnette Road 630 Acre Site - Greene County

The Greene County site offers up to 630 acres of prime industrial land available under a land option. Strategically located near the Town of Farmville, this property combines extensive infrastructure, connectivity, and workforce access, positioning itself as a leading industrial destination in Eastern NC.

Alianza Team Construction - Wayne County

Work on the Alianza Team site is moving steadily, with work

on the pad site, storm drainage, and foundation piers ongoing.

Construction - NC Global TransPark

Construction on this 60-acre site is in full swing with many

resources coming together for this masive project.

Progress is well underway on Lenoir Community College's new

aviation/aerospace workforce training facility.

Select Genetics Construction - Wayne County

Progress continues on the pad site for Select Genetics's coming

state-of-the-art turkey egg hatchery.

Terminal Building Transitioning to Office Space

- NC Global TransPark

This renovation project aims to repurpose the former North Carolina Global TransPark terminal building into needed office space.

Fuel Farm Construction - NC Global TransPark

Final grading, concrete, and asphalt work are to start soon, with

project completion expected in the first quarter of 2025.
